Responsible for installation and maintenance functions required to support the voice systems for the business units of the Burbank and National Regions
Responsible for independently completing complex technical and administrative tasks
Demonstrate ability to manage small work teams to accomplish project assignments
Communicate accurately and regularly with leads and supervision to keep them informed
Immediately contact leads and supervisor when problems arise
Pull, terminate, troubleshoot and locate cable plant faults
Maintain and troubleshoot trunks and circuits
Rapidly identify, analyze and escalate system problems and outages
Perform adds, moves and changes for digital and analog phones
Program software to include telephones, associated features and maintenance loads
Install, upgrade, maintain and repair Northern Telecom equipment, Options 11 through 81C and ancillary equipment
Install, upgrade and maintain Norstar systems
Perform monthly maintenance routines as determined by the maintenance supervisor
Maintain various records including material inventory, time logs, cable records and vehicle logs
Other duties as assigned
