Description
In a
Los Angeles acting class or cold reading class you can get a
couple of things. You can get cold reading skills, which assume that
there is acting training underneath those skills, or scene work, which
assumes there is acting technique underneath the scene work. All of
it, however, since it happens only once a week, is easily forgotten
and discarded by the following week, given the fact that acting is
like a sport or a musical instrument and you have to practice,
practice, practice.
What can you do? There is a course called The Actors' Boot Camp,
originated by The Acting Corps. It is four weeks of daily classes, 90
MINUTES of actual acting time on your feet every day, taught by
accomplished, professionally active teachers, working alongside other
serious minded actors.
Get excellent, practical training, and go get a job.
