Nice and friendly married couple seeks quiet and friendly tenant – female preferred. Students welcome. Two females may share the room if needed. Rent is $700 a month and a $100 a month deduction of rent can be applied if you help with yard work and running errands for us for ten hours of work a month which I always need help with.If you have seen the movie "The Secret" and believe in the Law of Attraction you will fit right in with us but we\'re nice people so you\'ll fit in if your nice people too!

THE ROOM  

Furnished with a double bed and triple drawer dresser with a small refrigerator and a high top chair (furniture can be removed) Own bathroom. We also have a smaller guest bedroom that can be rented instead for $600 furnished or $575 unfurnished - utilities included.

It\'s a 10 x 20 ft room with high quality sliding doors that open up to the backyard. The walls and the entire house are freshly painted and all new carpeting throughout. We have central air conditioner. All windows are covered with white vertical blinds. Room also features built in closets and a private shower bathroom.

THE HOUSE

The house is a really nice, very clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom located on the North East corner neighborhood of Victory Blvd and Coldwater Canyon in Valley Glen- near Starbucks, "Century" movie theater and 5 blocks fromm the 170 freeway. We are on a cul-de-sac so there is no traffic on the street. We have a front porch to relax on with nice afternoon breezes.

Living here is like being on vacation as my wife and I are former chefs and we make wonderful dishes and always offer our tenant to join us.

House has a nice living room with TV, DVD, couches, and café area. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cappuccino machine, (we’re also 2 blocks from Starbucks), juicer, wok, toaster oven and filtered alkaline water. The house also has a dining room with a kitchen table and chairs. The yard itself is under renovation but does not effect the inside or living at all. I am quietly and surely clearing and landscaping it.

RENT

Master bedroom suite (room enough for sitting area or small office) is $700 a month including utilities
No lease. No credit check. This is month to month but you must fill out an application and sign a month to month lease agreement.

We have wireless DSL internet and cable TV
total of $1300-$1400 (deposit which includes first month rent) required to move in
